Exploring letting go of struggle; where to start; how inner growth gets you to redirect your focus in a way that brings value to the moment and that always gets you to learn and let go every time more and more; why it’s so important for the quality of life you lead to let go of struggle by transforming it into something you can learn from; and how all of this gets you to tap in to your untapped and unlimited potential, as well as to bring it forth in your life.
Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: In a moment of struggle redirect your focus to your feelings and write out two to three descriptions of the components of the situation that are bringing about feelings of struggle. For each component bring about two things you can do to make a difference in the situation and let go of struggle by knowing you have a plan from the heart to bring about transformation for the situation at hand.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: For you the exercise is all about going deep and bringing forth your inner core’s unconscious wants of the situation to be exactly the way it feels it wants it to be and the way it sees it should be or thought it would be. Refocus your thoughts on flexibility and as you do this, allow yourself to think of one to two ways the unknown of this situation can benefit your going with the flow feelings and inner growth lessons.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Every time you sense struggle and you raise your consciousness to letting go of it by replacing it with flow, write about the top things that come to mind to bring that flow and add to your list one new thing about going with the flow of life that you enjoy most because of the growth it brings to the essence of you.
