Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: Removing Self-Doubt When Things Get Tough
Exploring removing self-doubt when things get tough; how inner growth gets you to make strides beyond the ordinary due to its foundation in validating the essence of you (inner core, heart, inner purpose, etc.) and the external (system, society, human condition, psychology, behavior, acquired thought processes, etc.) from the heart (your inner core); how as you pursue finding balance with the essence of you and the external (so without negating either), you replace self-doubt with inner-self learning, growth and unconditional love towards yourself and the world; insights into why self-doubt keeps popping up when things get tough; how raising your consciousness to your heart and inner purpose helps you to reconfirm beliefs from the essence of you, your inner core’s compass, the feelings that are a part of your everyday, and more; and how through an inner growth mindset you remove self-doubt by transforming it into the opportunity to grow your unlimited potential in your life and inner purpose’s heart-felt pursuits, both from within and without (meaning in the world around you, through what you do, your career and/or business, how you contribute to your society and family, be the light and love to inspire others, and so on).
Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Anytime self-doubt arises due to challenges in pursuing something important to your life and inner purpose, write about what exactly is making you doubt yourself. Next list two ways you can keep pursuing your heart-felt purpose, while working with what the external is presenting you.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: In this case your self-doubt arises from deeper inner core conflicts on the essence of you and the expectations you hold on how you think it’s supposed to be versus what the world is bringing your way. Identify your expectations and separate them from the essence of you, which is your heart-felt purpose. Next find a compromise from the heart on letting go and/or working with your expectations and what the world is bringing your way.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: If you’re experiencing self-doubt at this point in your journey you have already identified the deep, deep wounds, pains, clashes between the essence of you and the external (the world); so you know unconditional love, neutrality in duality, the learner/grower in you is what you need to bring forth in this moment. Make a list of all that you identify from the hurt to the self-trust and self-love you’re meant to bring instead of self-doubt; then identify two to three compromises with the essence of you and the external so that you may keep pursuing your inner core’s inner purpose, life purpose, in what you bring forth practically in the world (through your relationships, business, career, communication efforts, etc.). You keep doing this until you feel from your inner core that both are working together in harmony and you remind yourself of this too the next time another self-doubt moment arises when things get tough.
