Exploring balancing your inner world with the outer world; the biggest challenges people face with this balancing and why; how inner growth gets you to overcome these challenges, find your inner core balance, and bring it forth in a way that also leads you to success in any endeavor (business or personal) you choose to embark on from the heart, the essence of you, your inner purpose brought forth in your life purpose; why you can achieve this unlimited potential through your pursuit of balance of your inner world with the outer world; how once you embrace your inner balance with the inner and outer world, the quality of life you lead and share with others is something that will leave you at awe every day more, and no longer be a cause of anything that takes you off-course or destabilizes your inner and outer harmony; and what will tell you that the expression of both to their utmost extent in the life you lead and the world you live in is finally at hand for you.
Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Take the time weekly or monthly to write about the challenges you face with balancing your inner world with the outer world. Then think about one to three things you can try to bring forth that balance in a way that resonates with your inner core, heart, the essence of you; and the world you live in (practically, in respect of others, the system, and so on).
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: When you’re struggling with the balance of your inner world with the outer world take time to write about it. Then create three columns that include: the expectations you find in the struggle that you’re meant to release; the inner core self-doubt that you’re meant to bring self-worth and trust to from the struggle having called your attention to this; and one to two ways you bring forth acceptance of others and the world to try a new way of bringing forth balance with your inner world and the outer world.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: At this point in your journey when you’re faced with balancing your inner world with the outer world write about three to five areas you notice are still affected by a thought process that is limiting what you can see, learn, and expand on. As you identify these areas think of one to three things you can do to think outside the box and replace the limits with the unlimited possibilities that you have yet to consider.
