Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: Releasing Deep Crippling Fears From The Heart
Exploring releasing deep crippling fears from the heart; different steps to releasing them from deep within in time (your unique timing); how an inner growth journey and mindset assist in releasing them from the depths of your inner core and heart, from the essence of you, through gained knowledge and expansion of your power for transformation; why only you can determine whether you will succeed in this intent completely or not, and how trough inner growth you acknowledge the never-ending journey of this transformation, as well as raise your awareness and consciousness to this power only you hold for your life; and why the essence of you, your inner core and heart, your intuitions and emotions, have to become valid for you (hold validity) to achieve this release from the heart tangibly.
Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Every time you’re faced with a deep crippling fear take the time you need to sit with it in a way that you feel comforted, secure, and supported. As you explore the fear from within write about three things that stand out. For those three things look to see how relying on your unconditional self-love and trust can assist to release, calm, and overcome the fear. Write about the things that help and about your progress, as well as inner growth lessons to use the experience for inner strength, trust and security when the next deep crippling fear comes up.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: At this point in your journey there’s enough self-trust to follow your inner core and heart, the next part is realizing the deeper self-trust that needs to grow and continue healing pain, building self-trust and trust in the flow and the universe, in the essence of you and learning from the external. When deep crippling fear comes up take the time to sit with yourself and dig to that inner core conflict level (unconscious/subconscious). Find what areas of control, expectations, attachments, limits you are still holding on to and for each item you find, decide two to three ways you’re going to look to release them, bring forth unconditional love and self-trust, trust in life, and expansion of the deeper heart-felt truth behind the experience you’re going through from an inner growth perspective.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: When you face a deep crippling fear take the time to revisit what you’ve worked on in the past with this fear and connect the dots to uncover the deeper, deeper source of what you’re still releasing. Look at how well you do in exploring this from a place of neutrality, identifying when you’re presenting limits instead of openness, and identify two to three ways you can expand your view on the situation to include a thought process/perspective you had yet included in your exploration of this deep crippling fear you have the opportunity to pursue further inner growth from.
