Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: Dealing With Worry & Anxiety Through Inner Growth
Exploring dealing with worry and anxiety through inner growth; how the journey and mindset bring you to expand the options you have in handling them and overcoming them; why support exists for these strong emotions and how when you find support that resonates with your inner growth journey it’s a major plus to letting go of worry and anxiety thoroughly from the heart; how the external and the inner conflicts that can be a source of worry and concern are a starting place for your opportunity to choose inner growth, unconditional love and self-trust; and how acceptance of the external, but knowing you can work with you, your emotions, and raising your awareness and consciousness in the moment, in the now, is always within the power you hold for transformation in your life, and with anything that comes your way.
Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Any time you feel worry and anxiety creeping up on something going on in your life (a career change, relationships, picking what college to go to, re-evaluating the life you’re living, redefining for your life purpose from within, etc.), write and go through a list of words that express the concerns you have and the reason why fear is present. For everything you write down find two to three ways you can bring trust from the heart in how you will keep moving forward in your long-term life plan decisions and what you can do to compromise or let go of and look for a new way for those things you can’t change to move forward.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Seeing that at this point in your journey you know it’s about continuing to grow inner self-trust, faith in what resonates with your inner core and that the universe/life can be a teacher (always allowing you to pursue inner and external growth, if you choose for it to be so, to be your guide to the unlimited potential you hold), every time worry and anxiety comes up you want to identify the areas that hold aspects of control and replace them with trust from the heart in one to three ways that work. Do this every time you encounter these situations, and write about once you release control, what you notice has transformed in that situation from within and the situation itself.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Any remaining areas where worry and anxiety show up take the time to write about the feelings, what is still lingering that you need to let go of or keep processing to understand before you can transmute/transform it, and identify three ways you think it will be processed and transformed from the heart in time. When the transformation does take place, write a short description with details on what else you learned thanks to dealing with the worry and anxiety through inner growth and raised consciousness to the essence of you and the external in a learning and open mindset.
