Inner Growth Exercise of The Day 63 – Overcome One Of The Biggest Challenges To Inner Harmony

Exploring how to overcome one of the biggest challenges to inner harmony; the importance of individualism and groups; how the inner growth mindset and journey lead you to finding inner harmony with the two; the importance of neutrality in duality; why a holistic view of the individual and society as both separate yet one (a whole as a group too) is valuable when you include unconditional love and unity in the holistic view; why separateness is not beneficial to inner harmony; and why this search for harmony with individualism and the group is one of the biggest challenges for people trying to find themselves from the heart and bring that heart (the essence of you) forward in life to reach inner harmony in their every day.

Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Make it a daily habit to look for one to three ways you can harmonize your inner core’s definition of you and your inner life purpose through what you do with the world’s existing system and definitions (with the external). The knowledge of you that you have at this beginning point of your journey is all that is a part of your external world; now you get to add to it the unique component of you that comes from your inner core, your heart, the essence of you.

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: At this point in your inner growth journey, you allow your inner core the place it deserves in the life pursuits you take on with the external you are a part of; but now it’s time to let go of the control you hold on to for that sense of security, which represents another area of growth for your inner core’s trust in its life purpose. When you are faced with frustration for something that is a part of that external world (the system, definitions, societal limits, “wrongs and rights”, etc.) take the time to think of two to three ways you can widen your perspective to see neutrality and the opportunity in the external world’s role to you achieving your life purpose (from within/inner core and without/your day-to-day).

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Every time you deal with the external and the essence of you (your inner core and heart) in a situation where they differ or clash, write about how your search within for inner harmony and learning from the external end up working together to expand your knowledge, perspective, and raising of consciousness.
