Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: Transitioning To A High Quality Of Life
Exploring transitioning to a high quality of life through inner growth; how quality of life is centered around emotions (consciously and unconsciously); why raising your consciousness to your emotions, to your inner core, to the essence of you is what leads to a high quality of life and how this completely changes your life in all areas; in what ways inner growth gets you to see the benefits that come from all your life choices; how this switch in mindset, in what you see and explore through inner growth gets you to uncover more of your life purpose from within, identify it completely and bring it forth practically in your life; and how there is never an end to how much more you can bring to the quality of your life, from the heart and in your day-to-day, through the things you do, the relationships you build and grow, the heart-felt practice you want to bring forth or the spiritual-based practice you’re running as a purpose-driven entrepreneur and want to grow, and so much more.
Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Once a week (throughout the year), take some time to write about what you feel, think and experience when it comes to your quality of life. Next, decide for each entry three things you will do to raise your quality of life and/or get on track with it from the heart, from the essence of you and your life purpose.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: With your heart in the lead, the way you raise your quality of life through inner growth at this point is to let go of control. Anytime something in your life seems very hard or feels hard and heavy, or that it weighs you down; this is your cue to go within. You want to find at least one way to lighten the load through faith in you, in the essence of you, your inner core and heart; and use inner growth to let go of control by gaining through your inner focus the hidden self-doubt lesson that this situation is allowing you to uncover and explore from within.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: At this point in your inner growth journey, make it a point to add to the quality of life each day through raising your consciousness to the moment in the moment, be aware from within (emotionally and consciously) of every interaction you hold with others, every thought, and every feeling. Write about two to three new discoveries you make as you do this; and what you realize even more about the power of now, your ability to lead from within, and bring forth your heart-felt life purpose through the things you do, the life you lead, the love you share with the world; and any other things that come to mind on how all of this raises your quality of life.
