Exploring finding joy in the unknown; how the inner growth process & journey get you to go deep within to find your joy for the unknown that you’re dealing with as part of the human condition existentialists have thoroughly talked about throughout the years of humanity’s history; what the unknown can be depending on your choice of focus; why there are no quick fixes to the fears of the unknown; & how thanks to making a switch in mindset you are able to take the step-by-step journey that brings you complete harmony of the essence of you and its ability to unfold unlimitedly through the exploration you go through every time you face the unknown.
Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Any time you know you’re dealing with something that is related to the fear of the unknown, take five to ten minutes to explore the fear and bring forth at least one joyous component that you realize can come from the unknown you’re facing.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: To identify control aspects in the unknown should be easier at this point in your journey since you’re trusting your inner core and heart to guide you. This means you want to make it a habit to find two to three ways to let go of the control areas that persist due to that fear in the unknown of what’s next in your heart-felt pursuits along your life’s journey. Also, make it a habit to bring forth one joyous moment from past experiences to strengthen you in moments of self-doubt as you deal with letting go of control and fear of the unknown.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Being able to immediately be aware of feelings of fear with the unknown that come up in the moment with life events gives you the opportunity to make a switch in mindset, to go from a fear centered feeling focus to a joy centered feeling focus. As you do this take note of how the change in feeling opens you up to the opportunities that the unknown is presenting you by making its presence known. Later on, write about three ways you will use the knowledge you gained from your experience to bring forth more joy in your every unknown moment.
