The process of inner growth brings neutrality in duality because the journey and mindset that come with it bring forth a focus on within (your inner core and heart, the essence of you) and of how the external is an opportunity to gain knowledge of your within thanks to its opposing characteristics to something related to your within and the unique situation at hand.
With inner growth the external becomes a “teacher” because it is what brings the “clash” that draws/grabs your attention and that is an “opposite” with the essence of you or that doesn’t quite match the essence of you (and you have to find that harmony between the two through feelings, consciousness, unconditional love, letting go, acceptance, etc.).
As you recognize how duality (polar opposites, conflicts, contrasts) allows you to have something to explore, something to raise your consciousness to, something to understand further from a human perspective and an essence of you (heart) perspective; you see the neutrality in it.
Seeing things in this way not only makes ever-learning, evolving, expanding to the forefront; it also neutralizes the judgement that is usually placed on duality. That judgment that says one thing is “good and another bad”, or that something is a “positive and negative”. The removal of judgement (as in “condemning good or bad”) doesn’t mean those dualities no longer exist or that they are eliminated from the external world. What it means is that you no longer view them with a skewed mindset, a mindset that typically leads to a dead-end, as if there were no other solution to the situation.
Instead, with inner growth and neutrality in duality, you experience these unknown life situations (these duality moments that can come in conversations, job changes, relationships, etc.) with neutral feelings and a learning mindset toward your inner self (your within) that gets you to harness your power for transformation, your raising of consciousness of you, and seeing the infinite options you have to continuing to persevere in life with your heart in the forefront; as well as that untapped higher potential that’s been held back due to duality having been seen or defined as an obstacle or a conflict, instead of the opportunity it can be when you open up your mind to looking beyond it from the heart and in a way that is beneficial to your inner core’s expression (gaining knowledge of your inner core, the essence of you, your heart) and the world (the external) around you that you live in.
