Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: Overcoming Fear & Trusting Your Heart-felt Ideas Through Inner Growth
Exploring overcoming fear and trusting your heart-felt ideas through inner growth; in what ways your journey within gets you to express the essence of you in the things you do; how inner growth gets you to understand the foundation of your fear from a human perspective and a manageable one that also shows you the different solutions you hold within just by following your heart on those things; how growing trust of your heart-felt ideas can only happen by having a contrast/opposite to contemplate consciously, with awareness of the depths of you, your decision (to trust you or not); and how as you see the neutrality in duality of all things, you grow that gratitude towards what you let go of (that isn’t heart-felt or in tune with you), which allows you to appreciate it as you remove the fear, block, limit to your unlimited potential in bringing forth your heart-felt ideas to life.
Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Write down two to three heart-felt ideas you have that you want to bring forth long-term in your life. Keep a journal (weekly or monthly) and write in it any time you feel blocked from moving forward. List your blocks by describing them in one word that incorporates the feeling of that block. For each block bring forth a thought and feeling of trust in you (and your idea) and decide on one way you can keep moving forward with your heart-felt idea is and what life is presenting you (external circumstances).
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Dive in to the inner-depths of your inner core when fear or resistance (block, what seems like an obstacle, and so on) takes place in an interaction and/or situation that deals with a heart-felt idea. In your exploration look for where you are meant to let go of insecurity, fear, wanting to know, expectations, all non-trust feelings/thoughts; and substitute them with trust from the heart for life (the external) and how it will bring your heart-felt idea forward as long as you pursue it and trust it.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: At this point in your journey you are conscious in the moment of the fears taking place when pursuing heart-felt ideas, so what you want to do is redirect your focus to openness and learning (in the moment, as soon as you become aware of the opportunity that comes with “fear” knocking at your door, calling your attention). When you have some time, write about how you see yourself growing from taking an open and learning look at the fear aspect through inner growth. Then, write three words or sentences that express how you have expanded your view and/or acquired new knowledge that is helpful to your heart-felt idea’s outcome thanks to the situation you contemplated/faced.
