Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: Staying Connected To Our Humanity Through Inner Growth
Exploring staying connected to our humanity through inner growth; how this journey is set with the foundation of looking to the external to learn about your inner self, your inner core, your heart, the essence of you; why this realization and learning mindset gets you to stay connected, but also have unconditional love grow in time towards all (external, system, society); how your humanity brings you to contemplate opposites, neutrality in duality, and the importance of an inner growth mindset if you’re going to tap in to this truth from your heart to make a conscious choice from within, with what resonates with your inner core, the essence of you; and why without our humanity there would be no inner growth, no life consciousness or life experiences and choices to contemplate or make at all.
Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Weekly and/or as often as you’d like, take five to ten minutes to write about what issues you’re dealing with when it comes to our humanity (the external, society, systems, anything that’s limiting the expression of the essence of you from the heart). Identify the feelings and thoughts you have regarding these situations and look for one to three ways to bring proactive and loving feelings and thoughts so that you may pursue alternative solutions to the issue (that works both with the essence of you and humanity/our society and system).
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: At this point in your journey, it’s all about identifying areas of control, social validation, expectations, and other wants from the external that you’re imposing with your focus and not letting go of. As you find these feelings and thoughts of resistance, of judgment, of duality and not neutrality, of lack of unconditional love towards all; take the time to decide two to three ways you are going to attempt releasing resistance and judgement from the heart, while growing self-trust, trust in life, and unconditional love towards yourself and others.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: As you observe your connectedness to humanity with this higher state of awareness of you, consciousness of all and the unlimited potential there is; take five to ten minutes daily to bring forth additional knowledge you gain from your external and thanks to our humanity (the system, the society you deal with, any human situation and interaction that takes place, your family and friend relations, etc.). Keep a journal if you’d like, this way you can have the opportunity to look back and see how you’ve expanded your view, your inner growth ah ha moments, and the unconditional love that has come forth more and more in your every day and towards yourself (the essence of you), others, and your community/the world at large.
