Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Take some time to explore the feelings you have about things when they don’t go as planned. For each feeling find the underlying reason, but also a solution to how you can find harmony and balance with what is so that your emotions keep you in proactive mode, energetic feel, and not drain you.

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Anytime you’re facing things that don’t go as planned, spot your areas of control and things you’re meant to let go of (the things that create a feeling of resistance and tension within). Write two to three things you can do to make peace with the areas and bring forth unconditional love, self-trust, and trust in life to them.

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: As you realize you’re reacting to the situations of things that don’t go as planned, make a mental note of how you were able to raise your awareness of you and that consciousness to openness in the moment. When you get some more time, also write about how your experience went, what feelings took place that stood out and what thoughts crossed your mind of how this situation was bringing you an inner growth lesson in the moment.

Your turn – Share your experience with your inner growth exercise of the day depending on where you are in your journey😊
