Exploring how “I am who I am” through inner growth goes beyond what you think; the transformation that takes place as you pursue this inner exploration; the choices that you get to evaluate in your awareness of who you are from your inner core, from your heart, that is the essence of you; and the continuous unlimited potential you can tap in to and keep pursuing as you switch to an inner growth mindset in your “I am who I am” feeling, actions, and thought process.

Tune in to the Inspiring Human Potential podcast on Anchor to hear about the topic 😊

Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Every time you find yourself saying, “I am who I am” in a way that makes you feel you are limited to a repeat pattern that you’d like to change; start exploring those repeat patterns to find two to three things you can do through your focus to make the change you want to see.

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Now that you are able to manage your focus to bring you to proactive solutions for any “I am who I am” repeat patterns, go deeper in your exploration to noticing your feelings. Where you find resistance, frustration, closed-off ideas to how transformation can take place you want to identify what expectations you’re placing on the external and where you can let go of control to bring about a switch in the feelings thanks to the trust you bring to yourself and the proactive steps you’re taking (bringing in trust in the flow).

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: At this point you know that “I am who I am” means an infinite number of possibilities and unlimited potential since it’s through you that you define everything. Find those areas you’re still working on to bring complete openness to (from the heart), and find one to two things you can do in the moment to bring about the learning from life experiences that comes with an inner growth mindset.
