Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: Let Yourself Shine By Being You
Exploring why it’s only by being you that you let yourself shine; the challenge people face with this and how inner growth helps those challenges become the opportunities that get you to start shining; how the inner growth process brings you to uncover and embrace the true you from the heart; why gaining this type of mindset allows for continued growth and pursuit of the in-depth knowledge of your inner core, of consciously deciding whether you’re going to trust it to lead you or not, and if you’re going to use it to pursue your life; and how uncovering and letting go of limits that hold you back thanks to this inner growth mindset, brings about further expansion of your potential as you let yourself shine by being you in the things you do.
Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Every day do one thing that makes you happy from the heart. By the end of the week, write about each thing you did and what made it so special for you, how did you feel it helped you to shine in that way that highlights your unique characteristics from the heart, that essence of you.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: For this place in your journey, it’s all about raising your consciousness further and releasing completely the self-judge within you and/or any resistance towards life you still hold. Make it a habit to review (even through journaling) how you let yourself shine by being you and notice if there are areas that you’re being super critical towards yourself about. For anything that stands out write about one to three reasons why you shouldn’t be so critical about what you’ve been able to accomplish so far.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Explore what changes have taken place since the beginning of your inner growth journey with any situations that arise where you recall how you used to not be able to bring forth your inner core and the essence of you (let yourself shine by being you). Describe in what ways you found your balance of self-expression with the external (the world around you with its system and ways). If there are still areas you feel limited by, expand on those by identifying two to three things that you can learn from them.
