Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: Your Path To Enlightenment Lies Within
Exploring how and why your path to enlightenment lies within; in what ways inner growth gets you on the path to enlightenment from within; why it’s important for you to acknowledge all that is a part of you consciously and not put it aside; how as long as other things define your path and not your inner core you can’t begin to become enlightened in a way that leads to the expansion of you and tapping in to the unlimited potential you hold from the heart; why leading your enlightenment is a choice and a choice that leads you to being solo along the journey, but never really alone; and why facing fears is what will lead you to become aware of the choice you have regarding your path to enlightenment.
Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Take the time to make a list of words and descriptions next to each of the world you hold within your heart, the essence of you, your love for life and for humanity. Keep these words and descriptions in mind and when you contrast with the world outside of you, find at least one way to bring a loving compromise/solution that works for your heart, the essence of you, and the world you live in.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: With your heart in the lead, the essence of you is ready to continue its enlightenment through the overcoming of all limits (anything connected to fear, the unknown, all that resists going with the flow and trusting your inner core) by becoming aware of these limits in the moment and deciding on one to two things you will do to make a switch in mindset on them that leads to the erasing of them as limits and the transformation of them into lessons that bring about inner growth.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: As you approach all fears with consciousness of them in the moment write about the experience. Take note of how quickly you noticed the fear, how it presented itself, what limit it was creating, and what you did to bring about openness in the moment so you could learn from the limit that was presenting itself (instead of getting stuck in it), and how doing this got you to gain enlightenment from the expanded view of the entire situation at hand, the limit included, and list also some of the feelings you experienced throughout the entire process.
