Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: Getting Unstuck Means You Have To Believe You Can
Exploring how getting unstuck means you have to believe you can; the in-depth search that inner growth gets you to pursue when it comes to the “believe you can” part; why only if you repeatedly face the question and do the inner exploration/learning can you arrive at your inner core’s true answers and remove/make peace with all that is keeping you stuck; a look at the processes of getting unstuck in different situations and at different times throughout your life and your inner growth journey; and how to know/identify (consciously/through awareness) in the moment when you feel stuck, what the fear component is and/or what the desired outcome is; and also, the power you hold within (at your inner core, in your heart) to stay open, learn, and see that you are not stuck, but instead that you have an opportunity for growth, an opportunity to bring forth your unlimited potential, and to consistently pursue this higher potential with love in your heart and life as your guide.

Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Every time you feel stuck you want to take some time to focus on the areas that are creating the feeling and identifying your inner desires for the situation with the external circumstances at hand. Think of two to three ways to accept the external and work with it to get unstuck and move forward (this can include removing expectations, working with feelings to let go of control, accepting to end a situation due to incompatible characteristics, etc.).
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: This is where you dive deep within to uncover the last bits of doubts you have with the power of your mindset to affect how you feel and therefore how you move forward in things, but also remove the control and replace with the trust in your essence and life to always guide you well. Any aspect you feel is something that keeps you stuck is what you need to explore from deep within to understand how you are causing that stuck feeling, then find one way you can make a switch in the feeling, which will then enable you to be in learning mode and innovative mode of what’s next.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: At this point in your journey you are no longer getting stuck much, but there are hints of impatience that can come through as feeling stuck. In these moments raise your consciousness to your inner core and look for the heart-felt desire that is taking place. If you notice your inner exploration heads down a resistance/stuck type language path, find two to three ways to remind yourself of the opportunity for growth that this situation is about to bring you if you stay open to letting it unfold and learning from it.
