Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: Own Your Power & You Won’t Have To Struggle For It
Exploring how when you own your power through inner growth, you won’t have to struggle for it; in what ways your inner journey brings you to own your power; what this process looks like and the different levels it can take; as well as the continuous transformation that takes place in your life as you tap in to more of your unlimited potential and bring it forth thanks to your inner growth journey bringing you to own through awareness the inner power you hold, but that you simply hadn’t had access to prior to your awakening to it and paying attention to your heart through inner exploration by active choosing from you.

Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Every time you feel you are struggling with something take five to ten minutes to evaluate what the struggle is and do this by listing three to five words that come to mind. Next take a look at the words you listed and think of one way you can through your inner power bring relief to it from within. At this point look to your struggle again and decide on one thing you can do to actively transform the situation if it something that is possible through your day-to-day or even if it is something that is possible by a switch in mindset and/or focus.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Identify in your struggle the areas of control that you realize are a part of the struggle. Every time you make a note of this, also take the time to choose one to three ways you can through your inner power release the control and transform the struggle into practice of going with the flow feeling, complete trust in the unknown that comes with you following your heart, inner core. Every so often, take a look at how your choices have eased up the struggle and brought you to completely be rid of control, and instead inclined toward what you can learn in a moment of unknown that isn’t what you expected.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: As you go within to expand on what you learn from a moment where struggle seems to be happening with others or in a situation, take the time to write about or think about, how you used to relate and experience to this similar type of struggle and how far you’ve come thanks to inner growth. Also, list the things that worked for you, that came from your inner power so you can have them as reminders and/or helpful tips to provide when you’re supporting someone who is trying to bring forth their inner power and overcome struggle.
