Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: The Transformation That Happens When You Bring Love To Pain
Exploring the transformation that happens when you bring love to pain; how inner growth gets you going with the process and consciously choosing from the heart every step of the way; why this makes a huge difference in your day-to-day and overall life; what different options you have and how inner growth gets you to see these objectively with yourself from a neutral place and your heart, and in the absence of judgement; and why unconditional love towards yourself and all transforms pain into something you will be able to stay open to, learn from, and bring forth more unconditional love in your life and the life of others through your experiences in dealing with it from this place of love and inner growth.

Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Every time you’re facing emotional pain allow yourself some time to be with it alone. In your time alone write about what you feel, why you feel that way, and what good things you can find from the situation. As you look for good aspects, even just one, decide also on at least one thing you can do to help the situation for the better, for you and others involved.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: At this point in your journey you’re ready to bring your focus (through knowledge and awareness of you) to the areas of control, expectations, and/or resistance that are holding you stuck in judging emotional pain instead of looking at it with neutrality in duality. For every area you find, bring forth one to two ways you can let go and replace with an aspect of neutrality that allows you to move forward from the heart.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Now that neutrality and openness are easily brought to you, you can quickly spot (in the moment) if you’re judging emotional pain and/or trying to help someone with their emotional pain in a way that’s not theirs from the heart. As soon as you become aware of this, take a minute or two to apply your neutral stance to the emotional pain for your inner growth experience and expansion and/or if you’re being of support, ensure the assistance/support you’re providing someone else allows them to explore their own emotional pain in a way that can bring forth something neutral from their point of view from the heart.
