Exploring the expanded awareness of you and all through inner growth; how inner growth gets you to contemplate expansion of what you experience, think, and see in the world; the way it keeps it tangible so that you can bring forth this expansion and progress to the extent you feel is right for you from the heart; why there are different levels of this expansion and process; and how because if expanded awareness you are always tapping in to the power you hold from within to bring forth the essence of you; and how trust in you and going with the flow are also a part of the journey.

Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: At the end of each day take the time to explore one thing you did, felt, or thought that you feel (from within, from your inner core and heart, the essence of you) you can expand on in how you see it, feel it, and believe in it through the things you do and share with others.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Review those areas of control and expectations that you are aware of, and for each item list one to three ways you’re going to let go of control and expectations through your thoughts and your heart (the feelings of lightness and trust are what you want to bring in and release the feelings of resistance and fear). Add to your list as you gain awareness of other areas of control and expectations in time through your inner growth journey.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Take the time at the end of the week to evaluate the expanded awareness (ah ha moments) you were conscious of in the moment. Describe what it felt like, what you thought, and what you brought about within (to your heart) that expanded your awareness.
