Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: Nothing Has Meaning Unless You Decide So
Exploring how nothing has meaning unless you decide so; why getting to know your meanings through inner growth gets you to realize this power you have; the different reactions to gaining awareness of this self-empowering choice; why before beginning inner growth you are not completely aware that you can choose meaning; how through acceptance of external meanings as well, you continue unlocking your unlimited potential and power to choose; and what this does to the expanded awareness you grow of all that you can do in life once you are the one defining all your meanings from within, pursuing them from without (in the world), while also accepting what you get to work with and being able to find perfect harmony for the expression of the essence of you in the life you lead in all that you do and share with others.
**Note: Please let me know if you are still experiencing issues tuning in to the podcast. I have yet to hear from Anchor, although on the Anchor platform the podcasts seem to be playing just fine, so I hypothesize the issues some of you are experiencing are taking place on the other podcast platforms Anchor has distributed the podcast to. If you can let me know, I can update them too as they look into the issue. Thanks!**
Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Start to get to know all of those meanings you hold on important life matters. Make a list of them and add to it every time you take a look at a new meaning that comes up. Explore what you feel from your heart the meaning represents and identify if the external’s meaning conflicts with your own or resonates. This begins to get you to feel the difference between your heart-felt meanings and the meanings outside of you, which gives you the chance to choose which one will lead your way and how you will accept and compromise moving forward with the external’s meaning so that you can bring forth your meaning in a way that fits “tangibly” within your world and day-to-day.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Those meanings that trigger a reaction of resistance in you (sadness, frustration, anger, defensiveness) are what you want to continue diving in to and exploring from the heart (your inner core and those inner core conflicts that are lying deep beneath the surface, in your subconscious, unconscious). Uncover the areas where you can grow self-love and self-esteem, as well as those areas of control and fear of the unknown that you need to let go of if you want to continue expansion and inner growth.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: When you realize you have a set of meanings that aren’t exhaustive for a unique situation you’re exploring, make a note of what you intuitively know you are seeing and defining. Then also make a note if there’s any hint of the knowledge that you think you will be opened up to from the situation by allowing it to unfold in the absence of you applying any of the set meanings you perceive (but that you are consciously aware of as not exhaustive for the situation at hand).
