Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: Finding Peace Through Inner Growth

 

Exploring finding peace through inner growth; how and why the conversations from the heart you have when on an inner growth journey help; learning about your power to choose and ability to adapt also play a major role along the way; and how by embracing going with the flow through inner growth you transform the fear of the unknown and pursue not only growing inner peace, but also expanded consciousness of your unlimited potential and the possibilities in life.

Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Every time you ask someone or are faced with wondering how to find peace on something that is bothering you, take five to ten minutes and write about your feelings and what is happening in the world around you. With acceptance for what is presented to you in that day, find three ways you can pursue an alternative solution to your challenge. For the feelings you listed, take each one and bring forth unconditional love to explore it while also bringing it your self-love and trust to heal it.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: At this stage of your journey, you know peace is something you create from your inner core (only you can achieve a state of peace long-term). Since you also know that until control is in the picture you are bothering that peace, every time you are bothered by something find the control aspect, the aspect that represents fear of the unknown, and/or lack of trust in your inner core to guide you well and decide on three ways you’re going to let go of control and substitute with trust in the flow of life, in your essence of life.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Any time you notice the presence of resistance within your body take forty minutes to really dig deep and find what is still lingering around that keeps you from complete flow with life, the essence of you, and complete trust in you to always learn from anything that takes place along your path.
