Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: You Can Do Anything You Set Your Mind To

Exploring how you can do anything you set your mind to; in what ways inner growth gets you to reveal this truth to the depths of your soul and pursue those things you set your mind to from the heart and consistently in time; why an in-depth look at this belief is so important to you achieving more than just your set goals, but also complete faith in you, the essence of you and truly going with the flow and always learning from any life moment; and realizing how you can apply this belief of achieving all you set your mind to towards the inner feelings and emotions that have such a major impact on how you live your day-to-day, pursuits and overall life.

Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Every time you doubt you can do anything you set your mind to when it comes to overcoming an emotional struggle take five minutes to center yourself by bringing yourself to a state of inner peace, calm or sense of security. Then take the time to look at what components are involved (what fears or hurts, etc.) in the doubt.  For each component find the lesson, the something you can grow from and/or learn from, then also decide on one solution that gets you to replace doubt with self-trust.

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Make a list of all the things you set your mind to (and add to it whenever you have something new you’ve decided on). Bring your attention to how you feel (are you stressed, calm, anxious, frustrated, super excited, etc.) about everything you list, but do this with one thing at a time.  Then explore those feelings and look for going with the flow, complete self-trust, control, resistance, and/or disconnects, anything that stands out to you.  For the feelings that hold you back, look for the lessons within them so that you may grow and let go.  For the feelings that expand your potential, write about what expansion that is and how this transforms you moving forward.

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: In addition to keeping tabs on any feelings and/or thought patterns that set limits to what you can achieve and continuously working to grow and learn from these, so remove the limits; at this point in your journey you also want to start adding your own expanded goals when it comes to the inner growth you want to see. For example, you know when you began your inner growth journey perfectionism was something that was limiting you. Do more to notice if you’ve transformed it completely or if it still has a tendency to come up in a situation initially.  This expansion is something you actively pursue from all that you’ve learned about you to date and know from the heart you can bring to that zero-neutral point to further bring forth the essence of you in life and going with the flow.
