Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: What Happens When You Awaken To Your Heart & The Essence Of You

Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Awaken to your heart by reviewing daily or monthly all the things that made you happy throughout the day or month. In your exploration also notice what days were most in tune with you (the essence of you, that undefined heart-felt purpose you know you have in life).  Keep a journal if you must to follow these tidbits of knowledge so that you gain clarity in time of what actions you can take to bring forth your heart and the essence of you in the things you do daily.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: As you follow your heart and look to ways to fit what you’ve identified as the essence of you (to the best of your ability), make a list of anything that is still off, that causes resistance, or ups and downs, inner conflict or turmoil. For anything you find look where control aspects are and decide how to let go of them, while growing your self-trust and trust in life to unfold as it should.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Anytime you stop going with the flow on things that matter to your heart and the essence of you, find out what fear, old habit, thought process, behavior, and/or perspective is creeping up. Then find three ways you’re going to continue letting go, bringing love and peace to it from the heart, as well as expand your view to incorporate new information that is given to you by living that experience.
