Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: For any obstacles that come your way take the time to write about them individually. Explore the feelings that arise and the inner conflicts that the obstacle you’re looking at creates.  Through inner calm you’ll be able to access possible solutions that will assist you in overcoming the obstacle and continuing your heart-felt pursuit.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: At this point in your inner growth journey your obstacles include going beyond areas of control. So, when faced with an obstacle, look for areas where you can adapt flexibility and let go of control.  Decide on three ways you’re going to include flexibility and trust the actions you’re taking already to bring forth your heart-felt endeavors.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: When you come across an obstacle, you are already inclined to know it’s an opportunity; therefore in this case, your exercise is going to be focusing on feelings that reveal a presence of fear with the unknown and find two to three ways you can identify the opportunity behind “the obstacle” (which can include learning more about your inner core, add to your heart-felt endeavor, and expand your inner and external world knowledge, etc.).
