- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Every time you’re faced with something you can’t change make a list of the things that you’re upset about the most. With your list handy, take a look at how you can accept from the heart the situations, and also decide on one thing you’re going to do to continue pursuing your inner core’s desires.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Identify the areas of control that you’re meant to release through the acceptance of what you’re faced with that you can’t change. The areas of control you notice, make a decision on one way you know works to release control and replace with inner core/heart-felt trust in your journey.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: The struggles you notice take place in acceptance of what you can’t change are what you want to focus on (from the depths of your inner core).
