Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: When you notice you want reassurance for something take the time to write down the areas of doubt that are your major concern. For each doubt write one to three things you think are the answers based on your intuition, and notice in time if your intuition was on track or not.  What wasn’t on track identify what affected it (for example fear, assumptions, judgements, etc.).

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Every time you look for reassurance from yourself for things that are unknown, notice where you feel control is a part of that need for reassurance (so for example, something unfolding differently than what you expected). Find one to two ways to release control moving forward.

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: As you explore a moment of reassurance (whether from others or from yourself) write about two to three things that stand out about the moment. List what role your inner core plays and if there are also things to let go of that will get you to be open and curious of the unknowns in the moment.
