Find three repeat motivators and decide one way you are going to bring them forth through your day-to-day and compare where they rank to the motivation you get from the essence of life (the fact that you’re alive and living another day of life).

Next go about your day noticing what difference this reminder has on how you deal with going with the flow and surrendering control to trusting life.

Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Any time you think of what motivators you’re adding through inner growth take some time to explore how the essence of life motivator impacted these new motivators and how your inner growth journey and mindset also played a role.
