Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: When faced with doubt start a list of the things involved in what you’re doubting. Next to each item list what you notice your inner voice has to say and how your inner core (heart) feel about what you’re saying.  When you’re done decide on a couple things/actions you can take that match what you feel and what you’re facing (in practical terms).

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: For any moment of doubt spot where you can let go of the doubt and replace with trust in the unfolding of life through the actions you’re taking. Also, take some time to see what areas within you notice are still very reliant on control and decide on one way you can try going with the flow a bit more.

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: As you explore doubt in the moment, pay close attention to the first thoughts that cross your mind and what emotions are linked to those thoughts. Write down what you notice between the link of your thoughts and emotions, use that information to come up with a solution that brings forth inner growth and a solution for the doubt you’re dealing with.
