Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Decide on two to three ways you are going to persist turning within (to your inner core) when things get to you. Persevere in finding your inner growth lesson to the inner conflict experience you’re going through, write down at least one area where you know you can bring more self-love and unconditional love to move beyond fear and limits.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Once a month take a look at what areas you easily pursue inner growth in and what areas are still challenging and stay stuck longer in inner conflict. Choose two to three ways you are going to explore those inner conflicts to get the in-depth knowledge of what is going on in your inner core, what limits/fears you are still working to release, and the areas of control that you also need to let go of.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Every day add to your awareness what more you can do to raise your consciousness in the moment to your inner core, your inner growth opportunity, and understanding of your emotions. At the end of the day, write about anything that stood out to you in particular when doing this that you want to remember for future reference in your inner growth journey.
