Exploring going beyond belief systems and perspectives through inner growth; what it means to take complete ownership of your chosen potential in life; why neutrality gets you to look at limits in a way that allows you to have an honest conversation with yourself from the heart on whether or not you believe there is unlimited always; how important the words you choose to use with the unknown can bring forth unlimited and awareness of when your belief system or perspective are creating limits, which you can pursue to remove with that raising of consciousness that comes from your inner growth journey and pursuit of your unlimited potential based from your inner core, your heart, the essence of you in life, in action; and how the expansion of your inner growth journey becomes ongoing and in continuous transformation as you choose to go beyond those things you recognize are holding you back from expansion, from the unlimited options you have to choose from, and that only come when you’re able to always look beyond what you see at first with your beliefs and perspectives thanks to having conscious awareness of them.

- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Any time you realize you’re saying something is impossible, write what beliefs and perspectives are bringing this about. Does your list include mindset limits or actual physical/tangible obstacle limits? For your mindset limits use inner growth to turn within, uncover what fear, doubt, or self-loving solution you can bring to go beyond these limits. For your physical/tangible obstacle limits look to inner growth to work with your emotions (fears) and bring about the self-love you need to think outside the box and see what alternative solutions you have to continue trying to achieve that something.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Find ways to bring neutrality to your set belief systems and perspectives so that you may let go of control, bring forth complete trust in you and life, so going with the flow feeling, surrender to continuous opportunities in your “life challenges”; but also pushing yourself to see the limits these set beliefs and perspectives bring to what you can actually achieve when you finally reach that unlimited mindset that open mindset brought about by continuous inner growth.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: As you easily identify your belief systems and perspectives, bring in two to three expanded versions of those beliefs and perspectives. As you expand on your idea, notice what parts you seem to be emotionally more attached to and explore those in-depth to understand how you can bring in love for and curiosity towards the unknown of life.
