Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: At the end of each day find your inner core’s value for each thing you got to experience. Anything that brings sadness, frustration, or worry, and other emotional turmoil take some time to bring one positive thing they brought to your day from the heart and a place of appreciation for life.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: In the moments you notice you are not appreciating or giving value to the things and life you have, find one way you’re being hard on yourself for that and bring forth understanding. Alongside self-love, find what areas of control you can let go of to pursue value of things and life from the trust and flow of your inner core (heart) and life.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Do your best throughout the day to bring forth value to all that you do through active consciousness/awareness of that thing of that life experience. At the end of the day write about one or two things that stood out from being able to do this throughout your day.
