Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: Self-Mastery Through Inner Growth

Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Any time you have ups and downs with something that is happening in your life, take the time to write out in five to ten words what emotions, doubts, fears, and/or outcomes, and so on are dominating the ups and downs. For everything you list find self-loving, self-reassuring, and self-comforting thoughts, words, feelings and so on to put into action as your solutions.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: It’s time to let go of control and start pursuing flow and complete self-trust if you’re going to pursue complete self-mastery from within. To do this, every day try becoming aware of when you are controlling and not trusting. Whatever you identify, find one way you are going to push yourself outside your comfort zone (of control) and attempt going with the flow.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Even though it’s easier for you at this point to pick up when you’re not going with the flow, staying in the flow with your inner core’s guidance and open to what life brings your is always in need of attention. Your continuous self-mastery efforts should include raising your consciousness/awareness to going with the flow as often as possible with (all) your day-to-day interactions, actions, thoughts, emotions, and so forth.
