Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: Working Through Your Feelings To Find Your Way
Exploring working through your feelings to find your way; how to use an inner growth mindset to make the best of these moments; what role your inner growth journey plays and how what you uncover and process differs depending on where you’re at with your inner growth journey (beginners, intermediate, advanced); and why raising your consciousness to your feelings in the moment empowers you and allows you to bring forth your inner core’s voice, the essence of you, through the heart-felt actions you take that very instant thanks to your awakened awareness to you (your inner you).
Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Make it a habit to work through the feelings that took place each end of a day. Write about what you think these feelings meant from your inner core and how they were brought about by things that happened outside of you (the external). Identify how you can bring balance between your feelings and outside circumstances that cause a conflict from within.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Write down three areas of control you know you want to let go of and replace with trust in your intuitive inner core’s guidance (your heart’s indication of what resonates with you and what doesn’t). Keep this in mind every time you experience feelings that are brought about by those control areas and replace with the trust feelings and thoughts you decided on.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: As you notice the feelings you are working through in something that you’re experiencing throughout the day make a mental note of what those feelings tell you about what inner conflicts you are still working on to let go of and replace with trust from within (your inner core).
