Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: When you notice you are getting into that fear of missing out feeling/mode, think of two to three things you’re happy with in your life at the moment and then find out what your fear is saying that you can use to proactively include that aspect that you’re fearing you’ll miss out on.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Once a month explore all the times you felt you were missing out and how you got yourself out of that FOMO feeling/mode. Identify any aspects of rigidity towards yourself and find two to three things to gain flexibility on how you feel, but also pursue resolving those fears you are facing with unconditional love.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: At this point in your journey you should easily identify when FOMO is coming up and for what inner conflicting reasons, as well as what you’re meant to let go of. With this in mind, in the moment put into practice letting go.  Then take some time to think of another couple ways you can transform those situations that bring about the fear of missing out and keep letting go of the deeper layers of that fear (from your inner core/heart).
