Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Any relationship you find yourself reevaluating take the time to write about all the reasons why you’re thinking about it and what hurts you’re facing with that relationship. Come up with two to three ways you’re going to resolve the situation with self-love and unconditional love.

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: When you reevaluate any relationship, notice what is bringing about the reevaluation, identify what the reasons are. Whatever aspects of control and expectations you spot, choose one or two ways you want to let go of them.

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: As you go through a reevaluation of your relationships from time to time, make a note of what your initial thoughts are of what you’re about to learn thanks to the reevaluation process of that relationship. Come back to your note at a later date and write about your inner growth experience and notice the differences or similarities between your initial thoughts/intuition.
