Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: Overcome Deep Hurt With Love

Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Take the time every week to write down all the things that make you happy from the heart and that you love dearly. Use this list of things that you continuously add to in those moments where you are facing deep hurt.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: At this point in your journey there should be at least one thing you love from the heart that is your biggest motivator to keep going on your inner growth path. With that one thing as your support through deep hurt, write about what area of control or letting go you are seeing is being presented to you through the situation you’re experiencing.  Then decide one-way self-love can help you resolve the hurt and release it for having come full closure with it from the heart.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: As you bring to your awareness the things you sense the deep hurt situation that you’re facing is helping you notice (to bring your attention to this hurt for transformation from your inner core and heart), make a list of those things so that you can have them clear, until you have achieved the complete transformation you’ve chosen to pursue. Also make sure to share with yourself self-love and/or supportive messages that you would share with someone else going through a similar moment.
