Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: As you look to gain knowledge of you from the heart, write about your monthly experiences with gaining awareness of it and the knowing of what your intuition is trying to tell you. At the end of a year, write one thing you learned about how following your inner core (heart, intuition) affected your day-to-day for the better.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Make a list of weekly experiences you go through where you notice resistance or weight accompanied to your decision-making process. Decide on one to two things you are going to try implementing until you feel no resistance, lighter and a going with the flow feeling when you’re in the process of making decisions.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: At the end of each day, write about one situation where inner growth was involved. Describe how past experiences, awareness of you (your inner core, the essence of you, your heart), and the knowing of solutions available to you in the moment were a contributing factor to the experience.
