Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Any time something bothers you, write or think about why and use at least one word to describe the feeling of your why/reasons. Next decide how you’re going to let go of it in the moment (when the thing that bothers you is taking place or occupying your thoughts and time).

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: In the things that continue to bother you find one aspect of control that needs to be released in order for you to not get sidetracked by the emotional resistance that takes place with aspects of control. Track how attempting to go with the flow with a situation or person or aspect that bothers you affects the outcome of things and your overall emotional state in the moment.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: In any situation where you notice you’re getting bothered by something or someone raise your consciousness to staying open and in a learning mindset. As you do this, make note of what you learn by removing the bother and also track how this helps you moving forward with similar situations.
