Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Make a list of the differences you notice the most between yourself and others. Write about what feelings arise from the differences and decide how you can let go of judgement towards others, as well as yourself. Do this every time you are faced with differences that create an emotional situation within you that drains you (energy speaking, emotionally speaking, etc.).
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Once a month take a look at the differences you’ve gotten to deal with in the workplace or in doing something of importance to you. Notice how you handled the differences, where control was still present, and what you want to do to bring understanding and love into the picture (for yourself and others).
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: At this point in your journey you want to make it a habit to raise your awareness to your perspective in the moment (when dealing with differences). As you become an observer of what differences are present, along with your own, find one thing that brings these differences together in a way that adds to the situation at hand and enables you to raise your consciousness even further in what you can see thanks to all the differences present in the situation.
