Inner Growth Exercise of The Day 15 – Who’s Listening…Are You?

Exploring who’s listening through inner growth; why it’s important to raise your consciousness and awareness to if you are listening to you and if so, from where: your inner core and heart or the external; why you want to pursue listening to you with unconditional love and neutrality, as well as share the same with others; and the huge difference this inner growth listening skill brings to your life, success within (with inner harmony and self-love) and without (with others, the work you do, and the change you can bring to the world).

Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Make it a habit to list words that describe the ways you talk about yourself. Notice what stands out about how you listen to the inputs you get from your inner core (heart) and bring forth one to two ways you’re going to work toward listening to yourself with unconditional love in the forefront and letting go of those things that hold you back from this approach.

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Take the time to observe what aspects of self-judgement are present in how you approach the things you are working on bringing forth to the next level in your daily habits. For every judgement you identify, find a substitute that comes from the heart and is self-loving.

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Any time you become aware of the presence of resistance to something unknown, bring to mind a substitute that allows you to release the resistance and replace (in the moment) with openness, trust and flow.
