Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: Being In The Groove
Exploring being in the groove; how inner growth calls your attention to components that affect your groove; why your mindset impacts your groove and how it can assist you in maintaining it, as well as not be completely thrown off of it when the unknown in life hits; and in what ways you expand your groove to be a part of everything in your life from the heart thanks to your inner growth journey.
Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Take some time after every month to notice those consistent days where you were in the groove with life from the heart. At the end of every year, notice what components or things always brought about the groove and look to include more of those components or things in every new year ahead (for as long as you’d like, just keep adding to your list and finding those commonalities from the heart that bring about groove in your life).
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: When you’re thrown off your groove, make a list of those things that interrupted you. Then write one to three things you noticed from your list that you can to let go of that are closing you off in the moment, instead of keeping you open to be in the groove, to learn from the life experience/moment, and be able to move forward.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: When you notice you are in the groove or not in the groove, write about how raising your consciousness and awareness to it brought you to look within (to your heart) and discover something new about your inner core that you want to bring forth in your day-to-day life.
