Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Make a weekly list of the number of times you felt and/or thought abundance and lack of abundance. For every time you felt and/or thought of a lack of abundance bring forth a substitute for that feeling and/or thought with one of abundance.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: With a clear idea of the triggers that bring about a lack of abundance mindset, find an abundance thought for each trigger so that you can implement a switch in mindset (to one of abundance) in the moment.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Any time you think or feel a lack of abundance, bring forth the abundance that the experience brought you by getting you to remember through the raising of consciousness in the moment, all that you are abundant for and why lack has no place in your day-to-day.
