Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Every day write about two to three things that were a part of your heartfelt thoughts regarding life. After the first year of writing out these things, look back to your thoughts and find what common components from your inner core are important to you in living and loving (your) life from the heart.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Any time life brings you an emotional curveball that takes away from you living and loving life from the heart, take five to ten minutes to work through your emotions and uncover what’s at the foundation of the bothersome feeling that arises. Following your findings, decide on one to three ways you will pursue resolving the situation from the heart.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Once a month (or as often as you’d like) write about the one thing that stood out the most when it comes to living and loving life from the heart. From what stands out, also write down one to three words that identify how your inner growth journey make an impact on the month’s experience.
