Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Any time work dynamics get to you take five minutes to manage your frustration by exploring what your inner core (heart, the essence of you) is upset about exactly (is it expectations, ego like feeling unappreciated, or dealing with something new, etc.). From here find one way you can also compromise on the ineffective component of the dynamic, a way that possibly communicates effectively with others so that you can find common ground to move forward.

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: At this point of your inner growth journey, you should know the exact reasons for your frustrations from your inner core. This knowledge gives you an edge, since now, you can immediately turn within (to your inner core) when frustrated and redirect your focus to managing the emotional aspect and releasing it as you look to manage the situation differently.  Your next inner growth step is to let go of the ego control component.  So, in the moment, you want to find what to bring forth that reminds you of your expertise, as well as choice of how to communicate these notions in a way that is effective (instead of letting others get to you or emotions clouding your judgement in the moment) to who you are dealing with.

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: When you’re in inner growth mindset mode you know that frustration is coming from an inner core conflict that you are working on completely dissolving through neutrality. Find what duality/contrasts/challenges you are still facing from the heart that are meant to be released and identify at least one way you are going to implement letting go/releasing and do what you do to bring forth complete transformation from within (inner core, heart, the essence of you).
