  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: When you ask ‘why’, find one to three positive ways to answer it. Expand on each answer with love in your heart and trust in life. For any negative answers that came to mind explore the feelings from a place of unconditional love for self and life.
  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Find the two aspects of a ‘why’ that comes to mind when the unexpected and/or unwanted takes place. Work with both thoughts, feelings, and find areas of neutrality for both aspects. End your exploration with one other thought that bridges, brings together, the two aspects in a whole new way with a feeling of unconditional love and trust for self and life.
  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal daily about your use of ‘why’ to pursue further self-empowerment from the heart and mind. Also list some of the inner growth aspects that take place and the new insights you gain on the external that you find interesting.
