Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: A short story from the past – Duality Through Inner Growth

Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: When you’re in a place of duality take a look at both sides and from a loving place, decide on a middle ground (one that feels right for your path). Continue elaborating on the duality from within as you move forward and write down the grey areas that come about as you contemplate the two aspects with expanded information, as well as the inner guidance that comes from the heart (unconditional love for self, others, life with all its unknowns, etc.).
  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Practice bringing forth neutrality as soon as you notice duality taking place by raising your consciousness to your mind (thoughts) and heart (feelings) connection. Shift your focus to contemplate the situation differently than what is going on in the moment (in duality) and look to your heart to grow a sense of calm, security, and love (one ways you can try doing this is by acknowledging that what is going on is a conceptualization of something that is taking place or that you are worried about or affected by, and so on).
  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about how you are able to see more from duality in neutrality and expand on all areas you observe both from mind and heart. What new thoughts come about for both sides and the grey area, and what feelings do you work through and transform to further flow, unconditional love, impartiality, and so on.
