Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: A Break From The Heart To Focus On The Brain
Taking a break from the heart to focus on the brain; exploring information on the physiological aspects of our brains with our behaviors in life, thoughts, defense mechanisms, the whole idea of “evil” and humanity, why there’s always more to learn about the human species and this complex, multifaceted, multilayered experience called life, called being human, called the essence and self of you, the heart of you; and why working with you from within (from the heart of you, the essence of you, the self), with the external (human elements like: philosophy – existence and the human condition, psychology – consciousness, subconsciousness, unconsciousness, sociology – societal culture, the first filter to you and society, societal validation, societal roles, stigmas, etc., physiology – the brain and body, and more) and pursuing inner growth (the journey and mindset) from the mind and heart conversations is what leads you to tap in to your infinite higher potential and bring it forth into this world to affect your everyday life for the better, but also the world’s everyday life in ways that go beyond what our hearts and minds can fathom.
Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Never give up on yourself and when you find a challenge that seems to persistently follow you go to the depths of what you can find out about your mind and heart relationship with this challenge. Write one to three different ways to see and resolve the challenge, and also explore the feelings associated to each thought and decided solution. Find what brings you to a state of flow from within, unconditional love and sense of peace and security, as you look to bring forth your decided solutions (and new ones if the initial ones don’t quite complete the inner and outer harmony circle).
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Find all areas of judgement/duality and push yourself to go beyond your initial thought process and perception. Do this once a week or however often you’d like to contemplate these matters from mind and heart. Use your heart to create understanding thanks to it allowing you to explore everything with unconditional love for self and the external (others and the world) in the forefront. Write down one to three of the new thought processes and/or perceptions that come to mind from being in a place of neutrality.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal consistently of all the newfound information you gather in time regarding: brain, mind, heart, self, internal and external, neutrality in duality, and unconditional love for self, others, the inner and outer world; as you raise your consciousness through your inner growth journey and mindset. Write down one to three sentences that describe in what ways accessing the infinite potential human that you are, when completely conscious and in touch with your mind and heart communication, helps you process all of this gathered information and share it with others in a helpful way to their life journey.
