  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Write about the beliefs you have of yourself when you doubt your worth and bring forth one to three things you can do to believe in yourself by taking loving action in the matter where worth is at play.

Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: The aspects of yourself that you still hold reserves on are the aspects you want to bring self-love to, and where you want to identify what you can do to grow self-belief with neutrality towards that aspect and acceptance and/or take actions that will get you where you want to be with that specific aspect, always with neutrality and love in the forefront.
  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about the insights you gain from situations where others refer to your unshakable self-worth as something you should re-evaluate. Also, write down one to three ways you address the situation with neutrality and unconditional love.
