Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: Once You Know Who You Are From The Heart Your World Changes Forever
Exploring how once you know who you are from the heart your world changes forever; the role inner conflict and inner growth have in getting you on a journey to discover who you are from the heart; how raising your consciousness to the different layers of you, humanly and essence/heart speaking, is what gets you to uncover more and more of you in all of you; and why your infinite worth, potential, and self-leadership from the heart are what you uncover that keeps transforming your world forever in the most unconditionally loving and amazing ways.
Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Once a month decide on one thing you want to explore of yourself from the heart. It can be a behavior, thought process, feeling, experiences, anything that comes to mind. Find one to three things you can work on to transform from the heart to improve the way this aspect you’re exploring can add to your quality of life from within (from the heart and mind, emotionally and consciously speaking).
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Once a week take a look at the things you judge, your clear two sides of something, that duality that needs your heart’s attention to bring forth unconditional love, acceptance, and a new-found way of looking at it from your heart-mind consciousness. Write down your ideas of what to put in practice and keep doing this until neutrality takes place from the heart with unconditional love towards self and others or the external, if others or the external is involved in some way.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal daily about your experiences now that you know who you are from the heart and keep track of new expanding consciousness moments of you from the mind and heart and how they keep transforming the world in a way that amazes you and allows you to share unconditional love, your infinite potential (you from the heart), and anything else that stands out for you that you want to remember when you look back at your journal.
