Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: Stop Letting People Get To You
Exploring how to stop letting people get to you; why it’s important for your quality of life and happiness; how it’s always in your power to not allow others to get to you; in what ways your inner growth journey gets you to stop your mental and emotional engagement with these situations, and instead focus and engage in ways that allow you to grow continuous knowledge of you and humanity; and how with an inner growth mindset in these moments you also start harnessing and growing your inner power for happiness, harmony, unconditional love, and higher unlimited potential.
Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Every time someone gets to you take five to fifteen minutes to contemplate the experience. Write about your feelings, your reasons, everything that comes to mind. Decide on one to three things you can do to disengage from the situation emotionally and process it neutrally to the best of your ability with love and acceptance in the forefront.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Find your duality in moments of frustration with people. Write about how this duality from your thoughts (these judgements) engage with these people allowing them to get to you. Decide on one to three neutrality and loving ways you can think about and experience these situations instead. Do this until you feel, emotionally speaking from within and at the heart level, that acceptance from the heart has taken place.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about what inner growth and expansion of consciousness experiences take place when you find yourself in situations where someone could be getting to you but are not now that you are in complete neutrality and unconditional love of life mode.
